Historic Venetian Restoration
Residenza Corte Antica is a restored Venetian house on the third floor of a historic building. Skilled craftsmen used traditional Venetian techniques for the renovation, preserving original wooden beams and natural wood flooring. The property sits between Palazzo Grassi and Galleria dell'Accademia, 150 meters from the Grand Canal and Accademia waterbus stop.
Unique Room Configurations
Rooms range from 25 to 35 square meters with queen-size beds. The Romantic Room features a four-poster bed and views of Corte del Frutariol. The Comtesse Suite includes a sitting area with sofa.
